Ingredients:
- a radicchio
- 300 g Asiago
- 100 ml cream
- Parmesan abundant
- two boiled potatoes
- a disc of puff pastry
- an onion broth
- an egg
Preparation
Then take the radicchio and cut it into pieces half an onion cut into small pieces to put it in a stew pan with a little olive oil and a bit 'of salt, add a cup vegetable broth
