slices fried e.. Baked!

As I have said repeatedly I am not a burr, "Fryer" also because being a nerd callous, more often than not end up with the burn and do damage with the hot oil. But to address the lack of tasty fried taste to my diet, I decided to do a version of fried slices, light!
It Baked ... and I assure you that the result is excellent!

Serves 2:

  • 4 slices of veal tender and compact
  • 1 egg breadcrumbs
  • parmesan oregano / parsley
  • pepper
  • salt
  • oil
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Try to finish the slices by removing the emphasis that are outside so that when cooked meat is enriched. in a bowl and beat well an egg in a shallow dish mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan a bit 'of salt black pepper and oregano. Take one slice at a time and soak in the egg and then quickly pass it in the breadcrumbs season well. Do this for all the slices. Take a baking pan, pour a little 'oil put the slices, trying not to overlap. and add another drop of oil over the surface of the slices.


Place in the oven for 5 minutes, turn the slices and leave for 5 minutes. The oven is very hot if the cook as fast as if friggesse!
