Toy Story Party Decors

pears and walnuts ...

I'm not a lover of risotto, because I like the first bite, the taste with pleasure, but the second seems to me already heavy pappos ... so I do mainly rice! But it happens often that my guests would enjoy as a first course and then I ventured into this simple recipe and I must say Wok also helped by fast despite being a risotto and then we all know how long and endless.
Eventually I took it twice and even my guests ... so good!

Ingredients for 3 people:

  • 200g gorgonzola dolce
  • 70g walnuts
  • 50g butter
  • 2 juicy ripe pears
  • 300 g rice
  • half a glass of white wine
  • parmesan broth
  • onion salt pepper

Preparation:
onion cut into small pieces and pour into the wok where you have melted butter over low heat, let the onion soften over low heat and add the pieces of pear, let it taste well add the rice and let it cook until it becomes golden, pour the wine over high heat for one minute and then lower the fire again. Now each time you add two ladles of broth, stirring occasionally, then do a normal cooking of rice when it is cooked, add the gorgonzola a little 'black pepper and Parmesan cheese and walnuts ... served hot!
